The Notch Climbing Gym

Reach New Heights! 
There’s a new climbing gym coming to the Upper Valley! The Notch Climbing Gym will be located in Lebanon, NH with plans to be open in 2022. They will be a full-service modern indoor facility providing 13,000 square feet of modern bouldering, lead, and top rope climbing. NCIC provided assistance with a technical assistance grant for design plans for the gym.

Weeks Medical Center

Reducing our carbon footprint!
NCIC assisted the hospital with grant writing and management of a $180,010 USDA Distance Learning and Tele-medicine grant and a $250,000 Northern Border Regional Commission Grant.

Town of Littleton, New Hampshire

Creative solutions to draw people into the community!
NCIC assisted the Town in applying for and managing a $12,000 Community Development Block Grant which was used to hire a professional architectural firm to complete a programming analysis and preliminary engineering plans for the Cultural Arts Center. NCIC assisted with the grant writing and management of a $5,000 Eversource Grant, a $23,230 USDA Community Facilities Grant and a $20,000 Neil and Louise Tillotson Fund grant to support upgraded sound and lighting systems.

Grab and Go Global Fare! 
When Supa Spice was ready to establish a brick and mortar location they came to NCIC. We were able to help be administering funds from the USDA cost-share program to have a logo, tagline, and signage designed.

Bringing stunning and delicious breads and desserts to St. Johnsbury!
NCIC worked in partnership with Passumpsic Savings Bank, and with additional assistance from the Small Business Development Center to offer financing that allowed the owners to renovate the space, purchase needed equipment and inventory, and open their doors to the community.

Let Them Eat Cake! 
NCIC Provided 3 years of assistance through the CDFA Micro grant program. We also provided assistance under our USDA Small Business Cost Share Program. Funds were used to hire a business coach to assist with strategic planning, focusing on how to manage financials to increase profit and improve cash flow.
