Delectables By Danette a bakery located in Conway New Hampshire needed business coaching and website/marketing assistance. NCIC Provided 3 years of assistance through the CDFA Micro grant program. We also provided assistance under our USDA Small Business Cost Share Program. Funds were used to hire a business coach to assist with strategic planning, focusing on how to manage financials to increase profit and improve cash flow. Funds were also used to hire a consultant to assist with website maintenance. As a result, website traffic increased by more than 50%. This has resulted in an increase in bookings for wedding and birthday cakes as well as online sales during the holiday season.
