Loans range in size up to $500,000, and can be used for new businesses that are just starting out, or established businesses looking to grow or expand in the area. We offer direct business loans, and loans made in partnership with traditional financing.

NCIC’s small loan program offers a streamlined process and quick turnaround. This program was developed to finance startups and early stage businesses that need capital to purchase machinery or equipment, furniture and fixtures, inventory, supplies and working capital with loans up to $25,000.

Loan funds can be used for any commercial business need. Most common types of uses are for real estate, working capital, equipment purchases and business acquisition.

Can I pay off my loan early?

Yes, you can pay off a loan early by increasing your monthly payments or paying off your loan in a lump sum. There are no pre-payment penalties with any NCIC loan products.
