Summit by Morrison, will be a Senior Living Community in Whitefield, NH, which offers multiple housing options:

- Independent Living Apartments
- Assisted Living Apartments
- Apartments for residents who may need Memory Care
Summit by Morrison is being developed by The Morrison Assisted Living and Skilled Nursing Care, which has been caring for members of the community since 1903. The new senior living community will be built on The Morrison’s sterling reputation of commitment to excellence, and will continue its tradition of compassionate and outstanding care.
This extraordinary project was developed through the assistance of many, including NCIC who partnered with management and the board of directors. NCIC strengthened The Morrison’s team, explored financing options, made introductions, coordinated visits, evaluated the potentials and assisted management to prepare presentations. NCIC guided management in developing the application, overcoming obstacles and achieving financing.
