Capone Iron Corporation is growing. They needed to establish a second operation where the company could be successful in hiring many skilled employees. Stephen Capone worked with Michael Bergeron and Beno Lamontange from the NH Department of Resources and Economic Development and selected a property in Berlin NH.
NCIC was brought in to assist with financing. We introduced New Markets Tax Credits as an option to establish affordable financing. CIC Northwoods was born and thanks to the affordable nature of NMTCs, they had an opportunity to expand and accelerate their plans. The building was greatly improved and expanded on, all new advanced technology was purchased and installed. Today, this state-of-the-art operation in Berlin New Hampshire is delivery quality structural steel solutions for buildings and bridges.
