LITTLETON, NH – Eastern States Compounding Pharmacy is one of only a few pharmacies in New England specializing in the preparation of specially formulated medications for individual needs. As a result, the company is enjoying tremendous growth.
Finding their current space too constricting, David Rochefort selected a property and developed a renovation plan. As he progressed, Beno Lamontagne of NH DRED introduced David to Jon Freeman, President of NCIC. “The bank also suggested I work with NCIC to help put together part of the financing. I was looking for a package that allowed me plenty of flexibility to account for unplanned expenses, overruns, staffing, and last minute changes,” stated Owner David Rochefort.
Mollie White, NCIC’s Business Resource Manager worked with a locally-based bank. Mollie said, “We also partnered with Grafton County Economic Development Council and North Country Council to complete the appropriate solution for David.”
Eastern States Compounding Pharmacy is now at home and working in their beautiful new space just in time as they already added more staff. Daniel Hebert Inc of Colebrook was the contractor and Northwoods Manufacturing of Lancaster made the extensive customized cabinetry.
“Projects like David’s are exactly what NCIC is here to accomplish as we work to strengthen communities, businesses and employment opportunities across Northern NH and Northeastern VT,” stated NCIC President, Jon Freeman.
They now have 15 highly skilled employees and are anticipating even more growth.
