The Patent Care Center is under construction at Weeks Medical Center. This 45,000 square foot facility will feature:
- Primary Care
- Behavioral Health and Substance Use Treatment
- Care Coordination
- Satellite Lab & Procedure Clinic
- Wound Center (with two hyperbaric chambers)
- Specialty Care – General and Orthopedic Surgery, Podiatry, Urology, Cardiology, Sleep, ENT, Tele Health, Pulmonology, Gynecology, Child Development, Allergy
- Meeting Rooms (Can be opened to one large conference room for ~110 participants)
- 5,300 Shell Space(for future growth)
NCIC assisted WMC evaluate funding options, structure the New Markets Tax Credits financing solution, and worked with the Community Development Entity, Vermont Rural Ventures to provide the credits and the leverage lender, Passumpsic Bank.
