Working with businesses, municipalities, and nonprofits, NCIC has provided more than $540,000,000 in direct and leveraged investments that have created more than 20,000 jobs essential to the economic wellbeing of our region.

Although NCIC works to keep the costs of our services to a minimum, even minimal costs are barriers that prevent economically disadvantaged communities from accessing critical services to resources.
