We believe our region has an opportunity to utilize low cost, clean and abundant energy delivered through the Portland Natural Gas Transmission System pipeline which passes through Northern Essex County and Coos County. It provides a unique differentiating value for businesses that can secure existing jobs and also create many more.
Combining low cost, clean and abundant energy in combination to a well trained workforce, telecommunications and our unsurpassed environment of natural beauty makes for an attraction for some. NCIC is undergoing an analysis to identify those organizations and we intend to reach out to them to begin conversations around locating here.
