 A:  NCIC can bring to the table such financing options as New Market Tax Credits, Community Development Block Grants, Bank Financing, Energy Grants, Historic Preservation Tax Credits, EB5 Investors, and others as appropriate.  

Q:   Beyond the financial structuring, how can NCIC help?
A:   NCIC can facilitate re-training of existing employees to prepare them for new methods and use of new equipment.  On a regional level, NCIC convenes community and business stakeholders to work together to find solutions that will positively impact the region’s business development such as   Telecommunications , Tourism Development , Affordable Energy Solutions and Training Centers.
