The Berlin Regional Revolving Loan Fund (the Fund) is the newest addition to NCIC’s business lending products. The Fund is a wonderful outcome of New Market Tax Credit funding for the Burgess BioPower facility in Berlin designed to give the businesses of the region a greater capacity to develop and leverage opportunities and thereby grow stronger.

Utilizing products like the Fund, NCIC's Business Resource Managers work with the business owner to define individualized solutions that most often blends lending with technical assistance to most effectively position them for a stronger future. In most cases, this is done in participation with the business' banking partner.

NCIC loans most commonly range from $5,000 to $150,000, however for commercial real estate and capital equipment purchases; our range expands to $5,500,000 through our SBA 504 product. Through the years, NCIC has assisted thousands of the businesses across this region and with the addition of the Fund; NCIC continues to be ready to help many more!
